Jagoda Przybylak – first monograph book

In 2024, the Arton Foundation has published the first monographic book dedicated to the work of Jagoda Przybylak. The Polish-English publication contains essays by Jerzy Dobrzański, Katarzyna Gębarowska, Paweł Krzaczkowski and Marika Kuźmicz. These texts are not only a summary and analysis of Jagoda Przybylak's activities as an artist and photographer, but also a recollection of her as an inquisitive erudite, a person devoted to people and always curious about them, a sensitive and attentive archaeologist of photography.

“A year after her artistic debut, Jagoda applied her analytical skills to archival photography, swapping the camera for an enlarger, and spending months in a darkroom conducting her photographic ‘investigations.’”
[From Jerzy Dobrzański’s text “Jagoda Przybylak. Present”]
